
I found these crazy looking caterpillars munching on my tomatoes last night. I looked them up to figure out exactly what they are. I knew that they were known as hornworms, but I didn't know that they were 'Tobacco' hornworms because they have a 'red' horn on their tails. If they would've had a 'black' horn and more spots, then they would've been 'Tomato' hornworms. More info here: http://www.coopext.colostate.edu/4dmg/Pests/tomato.htm
Needless to say I promptly took them off of my plant!
